Recreational (House) Spring Program
KVBA will be launching into its Spring Recreational (House) program starting the week of March 17. The Spring session is a less-intensive version of the Fall/Winter session with focus on playing games (and a sprinkling of skills and drills as well) to:
- Introduce new ballers to the game
- Allow players a sneak peek to the “next level”
- Provide more experienced players continued opportunity to sharpen their skills
Sessions run 6 weeks with the exception of U7 which is 4. Age categories are as follows:

Recreational Program General Overview
KVBA’s Recreational (House) basketball program is designed to introduce young ballers to the game of basketball or to enhance skills for more experienced players in a competitive (but not too competitive environment). The focus is on development and most importantly, FUN.
We offer programs from Under 7 years of age to high school level. Commitment generally consists of one practice (1 hour) per week during the evening and games vs other teams in the league or other leagues on Saturdays for its Fall/Winter program. Spring programs are less intensive focusing strictly on gameplay–one game per week. Games are local in nature, generally played in Saint John, KV and Hampton.
Register for this program if your child is interested in playing basketball recreationally.
